Post-Publication Discussion

Post-Publication Discussion

Mimbar Yustitia: Jurnal Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia encourages open scholarly dialogue following the publication of articles. Readers, researchers, and practitioners are welcome to engage with published work through the channels described below.

1. Letters to the Editor

Readers who wish to comment on, critique, or respond to a published article may submit a Letter to the Editor to the editorial office:

Editorial Office — Mimbar Yustitia
Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences
Universitas Islam Darul 'Ulum (UNISDA) Lamongan
Jl. Airlangga No. 3, Sukodadi, Lamongan, East Java, Indonesia 62253
Email: mimbaryustitia@unisda.ac.id

Letters should: (1) clearly identify the article being discussed (title, authors, volume, issue, DOI); (2) be concise, scholarly in tone, and limited to 800 words; and (3) be submitted within 12 months of the article's publication date. Letters meeting editorial standards will be forwarded to the corresponding author for a response. Both the letter and the author's reply may be published in a subsequent issue at the Editor-in-Chief's discretion.

2. Corrections and Retractions

If errors are identified in a published article — whether by the authors, readers, or editors — the journal will issue a correction or retraction as appropriate. For full details, see the journal's Corrections and Retractions Policy.

3. Academic Response

Authors and researchers are encouraged to engage with published articles through formal academic channels, including citing and critically responding to findings in subsequent publications. The journal welcomes submissions that build upon, replicate, or challenge previously published work, provided they meet the journal's scope and quality standards.
