Instructions
Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the corresponding author is required to complete and submit this Copyright Transfer Agreement on behalf of all co-authors. The signed CTA must be submitted to the editorial office at mimbaryustitia@unisda.ac.id before the manuscript proceeds to the copyediting stage. There is no article processing charge associated with this journal; submission and publication are entirely free of charge.

1. Transfer of Copyright
The author(s) hereby transfer(s) to the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Darul ‘Ulum Lamongan (UNISDA), as publisher of Mimbar Yustitia: Jurnal Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, the copyright of the above-identified manuscript, including all rights to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, and archive the work in any form or medium, for the full term of copyright protection.
2. License to Readers
The publisher licenses the published article to readers under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, readers are free to share and adapt the work for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.
3. Author Rights Retained
Notwithstanding the transfer of copyright, the author(s) retain(s) the following rights:
- The right to use the article for teaching, lecture, and educational purposes without charge;
- The right to post a preprint version on a personal website, institutional repository, or preprint server prior to publication, provided that the final published Version of Record is acknowledged once available;
- The right to reuse figures, tables, and text in future works authored by the same author(s), with appropriate citation of the original publication.
4. Warranties
The author(s) warrant(s) that:
- The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere;
- The manuscript does not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party;
- All co-authors have read, approved the final version, and consented to this transfer of copyright;
- All individuals who made substantial contributions are listed as authors.
5. No Fees
The author(s) acknowledge(s) that Mimbar Yustitia: Jurnal Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia does not charge any article processing fee, submission fee, or publication fee. This agreement does not involve any financial transaction.
