MODEL MAKE A MATCH BERBANTU FLASHCARD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS III PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS

Abstract

This article describes the problems in the learning process that can be overcome by using the make a match model with the help of flashcard media. This study aims (1) to determine the application of the flashcard-assisted make a match model in English subjects in class III SD. (2) To find out the increase in student learning outcomes through the make a match model with the help of flashcards in English subjects in class III SD. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) Participants. The data collection carried out during the research process is observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study can be seen that (1) the application of the make a match model with the help of flashcards is carried out by the educator dividing into several groups so that they can discuss and work on the worksheets in the LKS book with their group friends, then they are given flashcard media and asked to find a partner from the media. that was obtained. (2) Student learning outcomes through the make a match model assisted by flashcards are proven to improve learning outcomes as follows, in the pre-cycle the percentage of students' classical mastery is 45.00%, with an average score of 57. In the first cycle, the percentage of classical completeness obtained was 65%, with an average value of 64. In the second cycle, the percentage of classical completeness obtained is 96%, with the average value obtained is 92.

Abstrak

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran yang dapat diatasi dengan penggunaan model make a match dengan berbantu media flashcard. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model make a match berbantu flashcard pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kelas III SD. (2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model make a match berbantu flashcard pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kelas III SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) Partisipan. Adapun pengumpulan data yang dilakukan selama proses penelitian adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa (1) penerapan model make a match berbantu flashcard dilaksanakan dengan cara pendidik membagi menjadi beberapa kelompok agar dapat berdiskusi dan mengerjakan lembar kerja yang ada pada buku LKS bersama teman sekelompoknya, selanjutnya diberikan media flashcard dan diminta untuk mencari pasangan dari media yang didapatkan tersebut. (2) Hasil belajar siswa melalui model make a match berbantu flashcard terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sebagai berikut: pada prasiklus persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa yakni 45,00%, dengan.nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yakni 57. Pada tahap siklus I persentase ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh yakni 65%, dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yakni 64. Pada tahap siklus II persentase ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh yakni 96%, dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yakni 92
