Announcement of Temporary Service Downtime

In order to enhance the quality of our services and improve the overall management of the journal, we would like to inform you that our journal system will undergo an upgrade to Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.3.

The upgrade process is scheduled to take place on:

25 February 2026 – 1 March 2026

During this period, the journal website will be temporarily unavailable (downtime).
