Plagiarism and AI Check

Plagiarism is not acceptable and therefore establishes the following penalties when plagiarism is identified in an article that is submitted for publication in Edulitics. All manuscripts submitted to the Edulitics (Education, Literature, and Linguistics) journal undergo an initial screening for similarity, originality, and potential plagiarism using  Turnitin, an internet-based plagiarism detection system. The journal maintains a strict policy of not accepting or publishing papers with a similarity index exceeding 20 percent, including cases of self-plagiarism.

Limited use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Bard) is permitted in manuscript preparation, provided that authors clearly disclose their use and purpose within the manuscript. These tools must not be used to generate research data, results, full sections of text, or references, and they cannot be credited as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work. All submissions will be screened, and manuscripts containing more than 20% AI-generated content will be rejected.

Edulitics Journal editors welcome the submission of original and unpublished manuscripts at any time throughout the year.

Thank you very much.
