Analisis Keunggulan Sektor Pertanian Berdasarkan PDRB di Kawasan Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Papua (Sulampua) Tahun 2016–2025

Sektor pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian wilayah, khususnya di kawasan Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Papua yang masih didominasi oleh aktivitas berbasis sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keunggulan sektor pertanian berdasarkan PDRB di Regional Sulampua menggunakan pendekatan indeks lokalisasi, indeks spesialisasi, dan Location Quotient. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder PDRB sektoral dari Badan Pusat Statistik selama periode 2016–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh subsektor pertanian memiliki pola penyebaran yang relatif merata antarwilayah, sehingga tidak terdapat konsentrasi aktivitas ekonomi yang dominan. Selain itu, tingkat spesialisasi subsektor pertanian tergolong rendah, yang menunjukkan bahwa struktur ekonomi pertanian antarprovinsi masih serupa dan belum membentuk kekhasan yang kuat. Meskipun demikian, beberapa subsektor seperti perkebunan, kehutanan, dan perikanan menunjukkan keunggulan sebagai sektor basis di beberapa wilayah, sehingga berpotensi menjadi penggerak ekonomi daerah. Secara keseluruhan, sektor pertanian di Regional Sulampua memiliki potensi besar, namun pengembangannya masih belum optimal dalam menciptakan keunggulan spesifik wilayah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang lebih terarah untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mendorong spesialisasi berbasis potensi lokal.
