PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BERBASIS ARTICULATE STORYLINE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATERI PECAHAN SISWA KELAS V SDN GUGUS WIJAYAKUSUMA
Abstract
This research is motivated by the problem of low students' mathematical problem solving skills and the limited use of technology-based media. This study aims to develop a media, test the feasibility, practicality, effectiveness and learning media based on articulate storyline to improve the problem solving ability of fraction material for grade V students of SDN Gugus Wijayakusuma. This type of research is research development referring to the Plomp development model which includes three phases, namely the initial investigation, development and assessment phases. The research design used is pretest-posttest control group design. Articulate storyline-based learning media received a very feasible assessment from three experts including media experts with a percentage of 89%, material experts 93% and expert practitioners 95%, while the practicality of the media received a percentage of 93.6% including in the very practical category. The results of the independent sample t-test analysis obtained a sig value of 0.157>0.05, meaning that there is a difference in problem solving ability after using articulate storyline-based learning media on fraction material. The results of the n-gain test, the control class scored 0.379 with a moderate improvement category, while the experimental class scored 0.657 with a moderate improvement category. . Thus, the use of articulate storyline-based learning media is proven to be effective in the learning process to improve students' problem solving skills in fraction material.
