KEEFEKTIFAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERNUANSA ETNOMATEMATIKA BUDAYA LOKAL PONTIANAK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR
Abstract
This study is based on the need to develop ethnomathematics-based student worksheets (LKPD) infused with local cultural elements that are effective in terms of student learning outcomes. The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the developed ethnomathematics-based LKPD, which incorporates the local culture of Pontianak, on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade junior high school students in the topic of quadrilaterals and triangles. The research method employed is descriptive with a quantitative approach and a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this study were 30 seventh-grade students from class VII A at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. Data were collected through tests measuring student learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for one sample to test the proposed hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that the ethnomathematics-based LKPD incorporating Pontianak's local culture is effective in terms of student learning outcomes in the topic of quadrilaterals and triangles. This suggests that the developed LKPD can be utilized as a learning resource for seventh-grade junior high school students.
