Authors who publish with Agile Governance agree to the following terms:

The author holds copyright and grants first publication rights to Madani with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0) which allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, change and expand the material) the work for any purpose, even commercially with acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in Agile Governance.
Authors may enter into separate additional contractual agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in Agile Governance.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to publish their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) before and during the submission process, as this can result in productive exchange, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See Impact of Open Access).
