KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN ERA DIGITAL DAN KENAKALAN SISWA: ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN DAN SOLUSI
Abstract
Perkembangan era digital telah membawa tantangan baru bagi guru, terutama dalam hal kompetensi profesional untuk menghadapi kenakalan siswa yang semakin kompleks. Artikel ini menganalisis kebutuhan dan solusi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dan menangani kenakalan siswa di era digital. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru dan kepala sekolah di SMPN 1 Sukodadi, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 65% guru telah menggunakan platform digital seperti Google Classroom, tetapi hanya 30% yang mampu mengintegrasikannya secara kreatif; (2) Kenakalan siswa didominasi oleh cyberbullying (40%), kecanduan gadget (35%), dan penyalahgunaan media sosial (25%); (3) Pendekatan restorative justice dinilai efektif oleh 60% guru, namun kolaborasi dengan orang tua masih terbatas (50%).Temuan utama mengungkap kesenjangan kompetensi digital guru akibat kurangnya pelatihan, infrastruktur tidak merata, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Kenakalan siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor observasi (social learning theory), tekanan psikologis (general strain theory), dan kesenjangan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku (theory of planned behavior). Solusi yang direkomendasikan meliputi: (1) Pelatihan guru berbasis kebutuhan dan berkelanjutan, (2) Integrasi literasi digital dan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum, serta (3) Pendekatan kolaboratif dengan orang tua dan restorative practices. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya adaptasi sistem pendidikan terhadap tuntutan era digital untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan responsif.
