PENGARUH MACAM KOSENTRASI ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH (ZPT) DAN MACAM MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT JAHE MERAH (Zingiber officinale var.rubrum)

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the concentration of growing regulatory substances (ZPT) and medium for planting the seeds of growth against the Red Ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) in an effort to create the seeds of Red ginger, this study used a randomized design group (RAK) factorial which is composed of two factors. Factor I, i.e. the concentration of ZPT (K) consists of: K1 = Without ZPT; K2 = 0.25 ml Concentration. L-1; K3 = concentration of 0.5 ml. L-1. . While the Factor II, is a comparison of cropping land media: sand: Bokashi (M), consisting of: M1 = 40%: 10%: 50%; M2 = 50%: 10%: 40%; M3 = 60%: 10%: 30%;.       From the results of this research can be conclude that 1) there is an interaction between treatment and control substances growing kind of medium for planting on the observation time of the advent of the age of the shoots 6 days after planting up to the age of 14 days after planting, plant height at the age of 7 and 21 days after planting, the number of leaves at the age of 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after planting, the diameter at the age of 7 and 28 days after planting , the number of chicks at the age of 21, and 28 days after planting, root length 28 days after planting, the number of roots at the age of 28 days; 2) there is a real difference in treatment medium for planting on the variables diameter 7 days after planting; 3) there is a real difference in the concentration range of treatment substance growing on the independent regulator when the advent of the age of the shoots 5 days after planting, plant age 14 and 28 days after planting, the diameter of the stem at the age of 7 and 21 days after planting, the number of child age 14 days after planting. The best combination is found in the treatment medium for planting with a combination of (M2 = 50% land; 10% sand; 40% bokhasi) and astringent balance growing concentration (K3 = 0.5 liter-1 cc. of water).
