Abstract

The report entitled "The Application of Unstructured Exercise Method To Achieve the Mastery of Learning Outcomes Class XII IA 2 Symptoms Matter Waves In SMA Negeri 3 Lamongan in the academic year of 2011/2012", with the aim was to determine the application of structured exercise method could  achieve the students’ mastery of class XII IPA 2 Symptoms of matter wave in SMA Negeri 3 Lamongan and to evaluate the response of students of class XII IPA 2 on the application of structured exercise methods on symptoms of wave matter in SMA Negeri 3 Lamongan. The method used was the method of observation, questionnaire, and test. Observation methods used to obtain the data on the behavior of students during a lecture in progress. The questionnaire method was used to collect the data about the students' response to the application of structured training methods during a lecture in progress. The test method used to obtain the data in the form of students’ achievement. From the data obtained and then analyzed the data so it could be seen that there was a 73% students of class XII IPA 2 that has been thoroughly studied on the subject of "the Symptoms of Wave". Therefore it should do remedial replicates to produce 100% students of class XII IPA 2 thoroughly studied. And through questionnaires showed that students of class XII IPA 2 enthusiastic in following the physics learning through the application of structured exercise methods. By learning with structured exercise method they better understand the content of the material that has been given by the teacher. Thus giving the example problems of the teachers were very allows them better understand to intent of the material. After practicing it in starting work on the problems they need the guidance of a teacher. And the provision of further training of teachers by providing the questions that were more complex will greatly help students to practice problem. So the ability of solving the problems of physics will increase and will certainly have an impact on their physics learning achievement.
