Perempuan sering dipandang sebelah mata dengan segala kekurangannya, namun tidak jarang perempuan juga dapat menunjukan eksistensinya dalam setiap aktivitas yang bermanfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan representasi perempuan dalam novel “Perempuan yang Membelah Diri” karya Iva Titin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif, dengan maksud mendeskripsikan peran perempuan dalam novel. Researchers collected data using test and interview methods. Data collection uses in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed by triangulation. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation or combination methods. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation. data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. where the aim is to find out systematically about the focus of research which discusses the prevalence of bullying cases. It can be concluded that bullying cases at Mi-Islamiyah Plosobuden are still quite minimal due to good communication between teachers, students and parents. And there is an appeal from the school for students and girls not to bully. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SDN 25 Sijujung dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Partisipan wawancara adalah Asnelita,S.H,M.Pd serta 2 orang guru yaitu Darmayanti, S.Pd dan Halimah,S.PdI yang merupakan calon guru penggerak Angkatan 10. Hasil peneliti dapat adalah kepala sekolah SDN 25 Sijunjung sudah melakukan&nbsp; strategi konkret untuk memotivasi dan mendukung calon Guru Penggerak dalam mengikuti program guru penggerak. Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi CGP meliputi: 1) Memberikan Dukungan Emosional. 2) Memberikan Kesempatan Pengembangan Profesional. 3) Menciptakan Lingkungan Kerja yang Mendukung. 4) Mendorong Kolaborasi dan Kerjasama. 5) Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi .&nbsp; Serta dukungan kepala sekolah adalah 1) Memberikan Informasi yang Jelas dan Terperinci. 2) Menyediakan Waktu dan Kesempatan. 3) Menyediakan Dukungan Fasilitas. 4) Menyediakan Bimbingan dan Mentoring. 5) Mendorong Kolaborasi dan Diskusi. 6) Memberikan Pengakuan dan Apresiasi. The acquisition of language is the greatest form of human achievement. Acquisition occurs during childhood involving brain performance. Therefore, the use of language is an important aspect for humans to carry out communication and social interaction. However, when using it, many language disorders are found, one of which is a lisp. This research will focus on discussing the language disorders of slurred people in adults aged 22 years, seen from the phonological aspect which includes phonetics and phonemics and studied through psycholinguistics. This research uses a qualitative approach using observation techniques. Data is processed using descriptive methods. The findings in the research were that subjects could pronounce the /r/ phoneme at the beginning and end of words, but subjects tended to replace the /r/ phoneme in the middle of words with the /l/ phoneme. Through a phonological lens, it was found that there were many aspirations when the subject encountered the /r/ phoneme, apart from that, the /r/ phoneme sounded mixed with the /e/ phoneme. Psycholinguistic studies found that the subject had never had an accident that resulted in serious injury to the brain's nerves.
