PENGARUH EKSPEKTASI PENDAPATAN, PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Darul ‘Ulum Lamongan)
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of income expectations, entrepreneurial knowledge, and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship among UNISDA Faculty of Economics students. The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection through distributing questionnaires offline to respondents. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine a sample consisting of 90 students from the UNISDA Faculty of Economics.
The research results show: (1) income expectations have a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, with a calculated value of 7.918 and a significance of 0.000; (2) entrepreneurial knowledge also has a positive and significant effect with a value of 5.700 and a significance of 0.000; (3) motivation has a negative but significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, with a value of -
2.245 and a significance of 0.027; and (4) there is a simultaneous significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, where the calculated F is greater than the F table (60.320 > 2.70) and the significance level is (0.00 < 0.05) and the R² value is 0.667. This shows that income expectations, entrepreneurial knowledge, and motivation explain 67.8% of students’ entrepreneurial interest, while the other 32.2% is influenced by other variables not studied.
