The institution faces challenges in maintaining member loyalty, with declining member participation and an increase in non-performing loans. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and internal documentation. The research focuses on analyzing how the dimensions of service excellence-including responsiveness, empathy, transparency, and Islamic values-contribute to member loyalty. The main findings indicate that member loyalty is more influenced by personal interactions based on religious and social values than by physical facilities or technical services. Service speed, empathetic attitudes of staff, transparency of information, and service innovations such as pickup deposits and WhatsApp are dominant factors in building loyalty. Practically, this study suggests that BMT NU Giliraja needs to strengthen staff soft skills training and continue digital service innovations to expand access without reducing personal closeness. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on service excellence in community-based Islamic microfinance institutions and contributes to the development of Islamic economics and Islamic education in the future.

Riyanti Riyanti, Aidil Aminah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/10609 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 THE ROLE OF ZAKAT IN REDUCING POVERTY IN RURAL COMMUNITIES OF PANDEGLANG REGENCY https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/9588
This study explores the role of zakat in reducing poverty in rural areas, particularly in Pandeglang Regency, where socioeconomic disparities remain prominent. Despite its potential to improve community welfare, the actual impact of zakat on poverty alleviation in rural contexts is still underexplored. This research aims to identify the contribution of zakat in enhancing the quality of life for the poor and examine the factors that support or hinder zakat program implementation. A qualitative method was used, involving four purposively selected informants: an amil (zakat administrator), a muzakki (zakat donor), and two mustahik (zakat recipients). Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The study adopts the Theory of Community Empowerment and the Maqashid Shariah framework to interpret the findings. Results show that zakat contributes positively to basic needs fulfillment and temporary financial relief. However, challenges such as limited program resources, uneven distribution, lack of monitoring, and beneficiary dependence reduce long-term effectiveness. The study concludes that improving zakat management, professionalizing amil roles, enhancing public outreach, and integrating technology for transparency are crucial for maximizing impact. The research offers theoretical and practical implications, and suggests further exploration of zakat’s synergy with digital-based rural development programs.
Nurul Safera, Erdi Rujikartawi ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/9588 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 ZAKAT FOR FOOD SECURITY: STUDY OF THE BAZNAS ZAKAT DISTRIBUTION IN TERNATE https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/10977
This research aims to analyze the role of BAZNAS in Ternate city in strengthening food security. The zakat management institution established in the city of Ternate in 2010 has five superior programs, namely: Ternate Taqwa, Prosperity, Health, Smartness and Caring. Researchers carry out data analysis and data management techniques by arranging, grouping and describing the data and then drawing conclusions inductively, deductively and comparatively. Based on the research results, it can be found that the management of zakat in developing food resilience which is carried out by strengthening micro and small businesses is considered to be running in accordance with the orders of law and religion because these zakat funds are managed well and can have a positive impact on economic growth, because they have a purpose. clear and appropriate targets, it's just that the distribution of zakat proceeds is not evenly distributed to the people of Ternate city who, judging from their economic background, are less well off. This is proven based on the number of mustahik who receive business capital assistance from BAZNAS in Ternate city, which decreases every year.

Keywords: Zakat Distribution, Food Security, BAZNAS.
Syaifuddin Syaifuddin, Muhammad Ufuqul Mubin, Muh. The concept of benefit value was raised as the basis for BSI in designing their CSR policies and practices. In the context of Islamic economic philosophy, this study examines how the values of benefit, embodied in maqashid al-Shariah, are reflected in the CSR practices of Islamic banking. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and literature to evaluate BSI practices and identify the extent to which the implementation of benefit values is reflected in the policies and activities of CSR practices. The results in this study are: a) Welfare is an important part of CSR in Indonesian sharia banking, which includes criteria for sharia compliance, justice, and public welfare. b) Indonesian Islamic banks have a social responsibility to achieve public welfare, which is in line with the principles of Islamic economics. c) The implementation of CSR in BSI also involves the perspective of Shariah Enterprise Theory, which emphasizes the importance of benefit in business decision making. d) BSI's CSR encourages the domestic economy through the development of MSME Centers in various regions in Indonesia, Aceh, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya as a means to achieve the goals of community benefit and not just an effort to obtain profits. The research findings indicate that BSI, in an effort to integrate the principles of Islamic economics, allocates their resources to support the welfare of society and carry out their social responsibilities taking into account the moral and ethical aspects of business.

Ana Santika, Amit Kumar Chakrabarty ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/8689 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 DESIGNING A SUCCESSFUL ISLAMIC INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO: A CONCEPTUAL, PRACTICAL, AND INSPIRATIONAL GUIDE FOR MUSLIM INVESTORS https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/9754
This study aims to design an Islamic investment portfolio framework that is integrated with sustainability principles (ESG) and evaluate its effectiveness in achieving halal and sustainable investment goals. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study, namely reviewing literature from books, journals, official reports, and websites of institutions related to Islamic investment. The analysis is done descriptively and through content analysis to find patterns of meaning and main principles in the management of Islamic portfolios. The results showed that Islamic portfolios that combine Islamic screening, ESG principles, and diversification strategies are able to provide competitive investment returns while being in accordance with Islamic values. The combination of assets such as Islamic stocks, green sukuk, money market instruments, and halal alternatives support portfolio stability. In addition, the use of technology such as Islamic robo-advisors and periodic rebalancing strengthens the effectiveness of portfolio management. In conclusion, a structured and sustainable Islamic portfolio can be a strategic solution for Muslim investors. It is recommended that Islamic financial literacy continues to be improved, ESG integration is expanded in Islamic products, and digital technology is strengthened to create an inclusive and competitive investment ecosystem.
Rahmad Hidayat Lubis, Hasnawiyah Hasnawiyah, Riski Rahmadani, Maulana Muklis, Paisal Rahmat ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/9754 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 MEASURING ECONOMIC FAIRNESS IN EARLY SETTLEMENT OF GRIYA HASANAH FINANCING: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW AND KPIS INDEX PROPOSAL https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11090
This study explores the concept of economic justice in the practice of early settlement within Islamic financing, with a particular emphasis on the Griya Hasanah housing scheme. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol to ensure methodological transparency. Literature searches were conducted across Scopus, Web of Science, Sinta, and Google Scholar databases, covering the period 2015–2025, resulting in 42 relevant studies. The review reveals five central dimensions of justice in early settlement practices: margin fairness, contractual compliance, procedural transparency, risk distribution, and alignment with the objectives of maqasid al-shari‘ah. Findings indicate a notable gap between normative regulations, such as DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 153/2022, which emphasizes the importance of granting rebates and the diverse practices implemented by Islamic banks, particularly in calculating rebate proportions and ensuring contract clarity. As a scholarly contribution, this research proposes the development of a Key Performance Indicators of Settlement (KPIS) framework as a structured tool for measuring justice. The KPIS incorporates five dimensions with operational indicators, including margin ratios, disclosure of information, compensation policies, risk protection, and maqasid compliance. By applying this framework, Islamic financial institutions can evaluate and enhance early settlement practices more objectively and fairly, thereby improving accountability and strengthening public confidence in the Islamic financial system.
Muhammad Havy Martdadi, Mochammad Andre Agustianto ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11090 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 THEORETICAL GAP ANALYSIS: CONSTRUCTION OF A MODEL OF GENERATION Z CONSUMER BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE ADOPTION OF DIGITAL SHARIA FINANCIAL SERVICES https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11117
Advances in financial technology have transformed the landscape of financial services, including in Islamic financial institutions, which are now developing various digital innovations such as Islamic mobile banking, halal fintech, and Sharia-compliant e-wallets. Although Generation Z is the dominant user of digital technology, their adoption rate of Islamic financial services is still relatively low. This study aims to map the theoretical gap through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, utilizing the PRISMA 2020 protocol, which examines national and international literature published between 2015 and 2025. The results of the study show that classical models such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) have not been able to explain the behavior of Generation Z in the context of sharia because they do not accommodate the values of trust, reputation, and religiosity. This study further formulates a new conceptual model that integrates Islamic values into the framework of digital behavior, intending to strengthen the theoretical basis for future empirical research and provide strategic direction in increasing interest, trust, and adoption rates of digital sharia financial services among Generation Z.
Faricha Mulya Rahmaniah Muchsin, Mochammad Andre Agustianto ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11117 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCTIVE ZAKAT PROGRAMS IN IMPROVING THE WELFARE OF MUSTAHIQ: A STUDY AT BAZNAS BONE REGENCY https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11225
This study analyzes the effectiveness of the productive zakat program implemented by BAZNAS Bone Regency in improving the welfare and economic independence of mustahik (recipients). Traditional zakat distribution is often consumptive, providing only temporary relief , whereas productive zakat aims to create sustainable income by providing business capital. This research used a qualitative field research design, conducted at the BAZNAS Bone office. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with BAZNAS management and mustahik, observation, and documentation. The findings prove the program is effective. Recipients, including a 'Thai Chicken Rice Bowl' culinary entrepreneur and a small shop owner, demonstrated significant economic improvement. They transitioned from unemployment or lacking capital to generating stable income, achieving economic independence, hiring employees, and funding their children's education. The study concludes that the productive zakat program effectively improves mustahik welfare. However, to optimize results and overcome identified challenges, such as marketing and financial separation, reinforcement through continuous mentorship and entrepreneurship education is necessary.
Bunga Bunga, Rini Idayanti, Shadriyah Shadriyah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/11225 Fri, 02 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW (SLR): SHOPPING LIFESTYLE CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF THE DARUL 'ULUM ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN FASHION SHOPPING ON E-COMMERCE https://e-jurnal.unisda.ac.id/index.php/adilla/article/view/9664
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis fenomena shopping lifestyle santri di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum, khususnya dalam konteks belanja fashion melalui platform e-commerce.
