Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Interpersonal Anak Kelompok B Ra Muslimat Nu 04 Al Hidayah Desa Prambonwetan Kecamatan Rengel Kabupaten Tuban

Abstract

This study aimed to describe parenting styles and children's interpersonal intelligence and to examine the influence of parenting styles on the interpersonal intelligence of Group B children at RA Muslimat NU 04 Al Hidayah, Prambonwetan Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The subjects were 23 Group B children, all of whom were included through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis involved validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, linearity, simple linear regression, t-test, coefficient of determination, and descriptive statistics using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The findings showed that the parenting-style variable had a mean score of 66.87 and a standard deviation of 6.085, while children's interpersonal intelligence had a mean score of 62.83 and a standard deviation of 9.023. The regression analysis produced an F value of 2.091 with a significance value of 0.163 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.203. The correlation coefficient was 0.301 and R Square was 0.091, indicating that parenting styles accounted for 9.1% of the variance in interpersonal intelligence. Because the significance value was greater than 0.05, the effect was not statistically significant. The findings indicate that children's interpersonal intelligence should be understood as the result of interactions among multiple environments, particularly family, school, peers, and children's social experiences.
