Analisis Kesetaraan Gender Ibu-ibu Jamiyah Fatayat dan Muslimat Desa Madulegi (Studi Perspektif Gender)
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sejumlah ibu-ibu jamiyah Fatayat dan Muslimat di desa Madulegi ini yang memiliki dinamika pemikiran gender. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif diskriptif dengan pendekatan perspektif gender. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data tentang : (1) steorotipe gender, (2) Diskriminatif peran, (3) Beban kerja dan (4). Subordinasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan informan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif model Miles Huberman. Hasil temuan penelitian dapat mendeskripsikan : (1) Pandangan tentang steorotipe gender Ibu-ibu Fatayat dan Muslimat , (2) Diskriminatif peran yang dialami oleh ibu-ibu jamiyah Fatayat dan Muslimat yang mencerminkan relasi gender, (3) beban kerja yang diakibatkan relasi gender dan, (4) Kekerasn yang diakibatkan oleh relasi gender.
