ABSTRACT

Study aims to examine the effect of human resource competence, application of governmental accounting standards and regional financial accounting systems on the quality of local government financial reports (Empirical studies on the government of Lamongan and Tuban). This research was conducted in Lamongan and Tuban involving 40 employees of the Lamongan BPPKAD and Tuban BPPKAD as respondents. This quantitative study uses multiple linear regression. The technique is processed with SPSS 25 to analyze several hypotheses. The intercorrelation model between the three variables in this study reveals that the competence of human resources, the application of government accounting standards and the application of regional financial accounting systems have a significant correlation with the quality of local government financial reports.

The rate of domestic violence in Indonesia, especially in Aceh, is alarming. The culture and values of a society that still adheres to patriarchy are suspected to be an underlying factor in the occurrence of violence. The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection established the Community Participation Program for the Welfare of Women and Children (PUSPA) Keumalahayati, as a forum for inter-institutional cooperation in handling and overcoming domestic violence in Aceh. This research analyzes the tactics, achievements, and obstacles faced by PUSPA Aceh Keumalahayati. The method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that PUSPA Aceh Keumalahayati is essential in mobilizing the community through victim assistance, economic empowerment, and cross-sector cooperation. In addition, there are still obstacles faced in dealing with domestic violence, including the vulnerability of family structures, legal vagueness, and the normalization of violence. This study offers a comprehensive insight into domestic violence prevention and response at the local level, which can help create more efficient policies and focused intervention programs.

The establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia after the end of the Deli Malay kingdoms, made all government structures and attributes change. Deli Malay culture is increasingly neglected in the city of Medan, which is a multicultural society. Medan is a city that has many overseas communities and comes from various regions. Majelis Adat Budaya Melayu Indonesia (MABMI) was established in 1973, as a forum for the association of traditional leaders who became the shield of Malay customs. The purpose of the research is to find out the problems, challenges and roles carried out by MABMI institutions in preserving Malay culture in Medan City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are that the Indonesian Malay Cultural Customary Council has carried out positive planning on the development of Malay culture in Medan City, in accordance with its role as a Community Organization in charge of preserving Malay culture. However, the implementation of Malay cultural development is still not optimal due to the lack of attention of most of the people of Medan City and the younger generation of Malays to their culture.

Stunting is a troubling social problem in Merauke Regency, South Papua, the Head of Merauke Regency Health Office stated that the number of stunting has increased from 2021 to 2022, through the Electronic Application for Community-Based Nutrition Recording and Reporting (E-ppgbm), as of August 2022 reported by all health centers in Merauke Regency, there were 2,015 stunting toddlers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the problem of stunting and find steps to handle and prevent stunting in Merauke. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. From the above problems, to overcome stunting in Merauke, there are three ways taken by the Merauke government. First, BPJS provides access to quality health services for children who are vulnerable to stunting. Second, There is a Merauke government policy to formulate stunting handling and increase public awareness about balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Third, Optimizing the role of BPJS Health and the government can contribute to achieving the welfare of the 2045 golden generation in Merauke Regency.

Ilmu ashwat yaitu ilmu yang mempelajari bunyi, tetapi sebagian besar orang setuju bahwa Ilmu ashwat yang mempelajari bunyi bahasa. Ilmu Ashwat merupakan cabang ilmu dalam bahasa Arab. Namun, banyak orang yang mengabaikan untuk mempelajari Ilmu ashwat. Pada hakikatnya orang yang belajar Bahasa Arab harus belajar Ilmu ashwat terlebih dahulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memaparkan matode pembelajaran ilmu ashwat dan manfaat ilmu ashwat dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan textbook, journal, artikel ilmiah, literature review yang berisikan tentang konsep yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah reduksi data, analisis data dan oenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam mempelajari Ilmu ashwat terdapat dua metode yaitu Metode Fonetik dan Metode Mim-mem. Manfaat mempelajari Ilmu ashwat adalah Ilmu ashwat membantu memahami pembelajaran nahwiyyah (Sintaksis), menjelaskan shorof (Morfologi), menjelaskan makna kalimat yang memiliki makna berbeda dan mempelajari leksikologi dan leksikografi.

ABSTRACT

The portrait of the dynamics of the Bojong Catang Village community is a description of the life of a village community that is still thick with religious norms and customary law, whose economic needs depend on natural livelihoods. The purpose of this research is to find out the life and development that occurs from time to time in the village of Bojong Catang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection used interview and observation techniques with the village head, RT and villagers, then documentation. The results showed that Bojong Catang village has a diversity of life dynamics, such as local culture that is still maintained, the main source of livelihood by utilizing natural resources. There are significant changes in life in the community, there are also Bojong Catang Village programs, community migration/urbanization, and local languages are also still preserved in everyday life.

Many developments in supporting technology such as online payments and electronic money increasingly support the development of electronic commerce. The ease of online business where sales can be made anywhere and anytime certainly supports student efforts to earn income, manage expenses and make investments. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all students in the city of Surakarta who use electronic commerce applications. The dependent variables in the study are income, expenditure and investment. While the independent variable in this study is electronic commerce. The source of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires on the Likert scale 4.Data will be analyzed by multivariate regression analysis. Electronic commerce applications have a significant effect on the amount of student income and the amount of student expenditure. However, electronic trading applications have no effect on investment activities.

Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage actually does not provide a loophole for divorce because divorce has consequences not only related to the status of husband, wife, and children but also to property obtained in marriage. This study aims to examine the importance of joint property institutions regulated in positive law in Indonesia and whether the deed of land title grant from joint property made by a Notary and PPAT can be withdrawn by the grantor. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach and a concept approach. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the importance of the institution of joint property is regulated in positive law in Indonesia because, in its development, the division of joint property after divorce decided by the court is not always divided in half, but also considers the contribution of the husband and wife in their domestic life. Land rights from joint property that belong to widowers or widows can be transferred to other parties by way of grants, and an authentic deed (Notarial Deed) is made. In principle, grants cannot be revoked or cancelled, but there are exceptions, for example, if the grantee does not meet the conditions of the grant.

PRINSIP ANALOGI PADA KATA LARANGAN DI MEDIA SOSIAL (STUDI ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS)

This study aims to analyze discourse on internet media using the principle of analogy. This type of research with a qualitative descriptive method. The data source for this research is the internet media. The technique used data recording techniques. This technique determines the analysis of the description and conclusion of the data. The results of the research based on the prohibition discourse that exists around the community require the principle of analogy in determining the purpose of the information conveyed in the discourse. So that there is no misinterpretation of the sentence that is read. The results of the research analysis show that there are four places where there is a prohibition discourse, these places are schools, shops, hospitals and roads. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are five prohibition discourses in schools. The discourse in the store contains five prohibition discourses. Discourse in the hospital there are five discourses of prohibition. The discourse on the street contains seven prohibition discourses.

The role of the teacher in delivering learning materials is very influential on student understanding. Teachers lack mastery of learning techniques, teachers are less competent in using learning media, cannot choose models that are in accordance with the learning theme, and the methods used are still lecture methods, often making students bored and passive when in class, so that it can reduce students' enthusiasm for learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of fifth grade students by using science material props on the theme "Heat and Its Transfer". This research method uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative approach. The research subjects amounted to 16 students. The research was conducted for one month. Written test instruments were used for data collection. Test sheets, worksheets, and observation sheets were checked during data processing. Based on the results of the Classroom Action Research, the average value of each cycle I and II in subtheme 1 "Temperature and Heat" and theme 6 "Heat and Its Transfer" has increased to 73.12 and 83.18 respectively. Thus it can be concluded that classroom action research (PTK) SD Inpres Tasiu II with props can improve student learning outcomes.
