PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 YANG BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER
There are some new things in the development and implementation of the curriculum in 2013, one of which is the emphasis on the application of the scientific approach. Scientific approach in the curriculum in 2013 includes five core activities consisting of the following activities, namely: observe, ask, do, reason or associate, and communicate (make conclusions, present). The application of the approach scientific in the implementation of Curriculum 2013, in addition to help create learning that meets the standards process so as to improve the quality of learning undertaken by teachers, can also help the achievement of learning objectives and educational intact, include: attitude (the attitude of religious and social attitudes), knowledge and skills. In building good character, it comes from a positive school environment, so that the school environment should be the center of attention of the teacher. Besides the curriculum must be combined with the cultural values of society to create the character of a good learner.
